Repair and Calibration
Vitec's on-site repair and calibration services are available to any company owning or using a Vitec product.
To send a product for repair:
- Call Vitec and ask for the Repair Department.
- Provide the information requested, including the name or model number of the product to be repaired and your company name, address, phone, fax and contact person.
- Describe the problem you are having with the product.
- Request a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
- Send the product to Vitec. Include the above information in the package.
- Our repair manager will evaluate the product, prepare a written estimate and fax it back to you for your authorization.
- Once your Purchase Order is received by return fax, the product will be repaired and returned to you.
- Note: Products purchased within one year will be evaluated under Vitec’s Warranty Policy.
